However, use of these tools does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific employment outcomes.

Job search results depend on external factors including individual qualifications, employer criteria, and labor market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiredRCI.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Billing Cycle

Subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any transaction charges will be charged to your selected payment method on the billing date listed in your account settings.

Billing frequency is based on your chosen subscription plan.

12. Cancellation Policy

Your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or partial periods.
