6. Collaboration Feature and Account Access

Users may authorize collaborators to access and edit their Employability Profile, Resumes, and Cover Letters.

- Collaborators must exist in the HiredRCI database.

- Access can be managed or revoked by the user at any time.

- Users retain full control over who can view or modify their data.

7. Consent and Withdrawal

- Consent is obtained at the time personal information is provided.

- Users may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, by contacting info@hiredrci.com.

- We do not sell or rent personal information.

- We may share personal data internally or with third-party service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

- Disclosure may also occur if required by law, regulation, or legal proceeding.
